Turkey Stock

I removed most of the meat from that 25 pound turkey I roasted yesterday, but while guests were still there, I tossed that carcass into a huge pot of water and let it boil away for a few hours. If I didn't do it then, it wasn't going to happen. I didn't add anything because later I can add whatever is needed depending on what I decide to do with it. Probably turkey tortilla or veggie soup, but maybe a turkey mushroom risotto. Since I won't be around to use it for at least a few weeks, I put my herbed turkey stock in a freezer container and packed it away for later use.

Use the meat released from the boiling bones for your next creation using the stock or something else altogether. I'll keep you posted on what I end up making with it.
